At Financial Design Associates, we have a unique training program for new Associates that demonstrates our experience and ongoing commitment to the growth and progress of our elite team of Financial Services Professionals. Our experienced Management team provides the most professional and client focused sales, product and business management training in the industry. Associates will build upon their knowledge of these topics, while focusing on developing client relationships and building a referral-based financial services practice.

With the assistance of our experienced managers and in-house Marketing Director, our Associates will learn to develop a pipeline of affluent clients through target markets, identify client needs, develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, review goals, prepare recommendations that align with client goals, and the business management skills needed to operate an optimal practice model.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a book of business in order to meet and exceed the required performance hurdles
  • Effectively sourcing prospective clients, capitalizing on referrals, assessing customer needs, through collaboration, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Recommending insurance, retirement, and investment products and services that are suitable for prospects and clients based on their objectives and needs
  • Seeking the expertise of our in-house specialists, where appropriate, to identify solutions for clients
  • Completing required training, maintaining continuing education requirements and meeting performance standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centered focus
  • Willingness to network in both professional and personal markets
  • Driven, proven record of exceeding goals
  • Sales experience, or has worked in professional or entrepreneurial setting
  • State of Florida Life/Health License preferred or must obtain
  • FINRA Licenses not required but should be obtained within first 6-12 months
